If you do not have the time to locate sites, arrange interviews with prospective vendors, negotiate contracts and all other details that go into planning an event, this service allows for efficient coordination of your special day.
Services included at this level, but not limited to:
- Accompany Couple to Selected or Referred Vendor Appointments
- Assist with the Selection of Ceremony, Reception & Rehearsal Dinner Sites
- At Reception End, Ensure Personal Items of Couple Returned to Family Member or Friend
- Attending Various Planning Meetings with Vendors (As Needed)
- Developing Timelines, Checklists, Itinerary & Deadlines
- Establishing, Constructing, Implementing & Managing Wedding Budget
- Etiquette Advisement
- Guest Lodging Acquisition & Management for Out of Town Guests
- Managing Wedding Details and Follow-Through
- Quality Vendor or Service Provider Referral & Recommendation Service
- Regular Progress Meetings & Communication with Bride, Groom & Vendors
- Scheduling Appointments & Meetings with Referred and/or Selected Vendors
- Supervising & Directing Wedding Rehearsal or Pre-Wedding Event
- Wedding Contract or Service Agreement Review & Negotiations with Vendors
- Wedding Day Management (Includes Supervision of Wedding & Reception) (Set up as Needed)
