This planning and coordinating service is designed for the bride and groom who wish to plan a portion of the wedding themselves. This level will give the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own.
Services included at this level, but not limited to:
- Accompany Couple to Selected or Referred Vendor Appointments
- Assist with the Selection of Ceremony & Reception Sites
- At Reception End, Ensure Personal Items of Couple Returned to Family Member or Friend
- Basic Review of Acquired Wedding Contracts or Service Agreements (No Negotiations)
- Detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
- Establishing, Constructing, Implementing & Managing Wedding Budget
- Etiquette Advisement
- Quality Vendor or Service Provider Referral & Recommendation Service (up to 3 per Category)
- Regular Progress Meetings & Communication with Bride, Groom & Vendors
- Scheduling Appointments & Meetings with Referred and/or Selected Vendors
- Supervising & Directing Wedding Rehearsal or Pre-Wedding Event
- Wedding Contract or Service Agreement Review & Negotiations with Vendors
- Wedding Day Management (Includes Supervision of Wedding & Reception) (Set up as Needed)
