Services begin one month prior to event.

- At Reception End, Ensure Personal Items of Couple Returned to Family Member or Friend
- Confirming & Coordinating Calls to Vendors & Service Providers
- Detailed Wedding Day Schedule For Vendors & Participants
- Distribute ‘Day Of’ Payments & Tips to all Vendors
- Etiquette Advisement (As Needed)
- Pre-Wedding Ceremony & Reception Site Visits
- Review Contracts in Order to Ensure Vendors Provide Product/Service Outlined in Contract
- Wedding Day Management (Includes Supervision of Wedding & Reception) (Set up as Needed)
