My knack for planning was embedded in me since childhood. My parents were always hosting parties at our house since my brother & I were very young. Celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, holidays or just because, I came to love being around family and friends.I can remember some events, others are lived through pictures. As time went on, I felt myself falling into a small or large planning role with many of my past jobs. Whether it was office parties or album release parties, I started to appreciate the art of putting planning puzzle pieces together. One day, I found myself supervising a wedding as a favor for a family friend and realized all the good (and bad) things about that production. Although each vendor did exactly what was expected of them, the shade of ‘pink’ wasn’t captured by them. The linens, lighting, florals and decor were all different shades...sure in this day in age, the hombre works beautifully, but not in 2002! This family friend then asked if I would meet with the bride's, while she did the decor...After 2 years, I started my own business, Preeti Exclusive Events was born!
